We lead the window replacement industry offering a 25 year warranty for our new sealed units from seal failure and have a 2 year labour warranty.*

For full window replacement we have a 10-year installation & labour warranty. Fog-Out Window Solutions Inc. will ensure that the workmanship and products used to install your windows and doors will be free from defects for a period of 10 years from the installation date. In addition, we are backed by some of the best manufacturer warranties on our products. If there are any problems with your windows or doors, we’re only a phone call away.

FOGGY WINDOW REPAIR WARRANTY:

Repairs can take a few weeks to completely dry, but If we can’t keep your windows de-fogged after a 12-week period, you get all your money back!

LABOUR WARRANTY –  10-year money-back warranty covers all repair work, including foggy windows.

Should moisture return to a foggy window, we will apply 100% of your money to a new window or provide a complete refund.

NEW WINDOW & DOORS WARRANTY:

Just like when you buy a new car, a new window should have a good warranty to cover any future failures.  The following is an overview of our warranty program for new windows and doors:

SEALED OR INSULATED GLASS UNITS – 25 year warranty covers all seal failure from date of installation.

FIBERGLASS DOORS  – 10 Year warranty covers all doors against warping or delamination from date of purchase.

LABOUR – 10 year warranty covers any product defects or window failures we will replace them with no charge to you.  Or if you have any issues related to installation, we also cover this, which is not something every window installation company offers.

Please note: Go-Green deals with only reputable manufacturers with strong warranty programs for materials.  Most manufacturer warranties do not cover labour.  Should you have a material failure, give us a call and we handle everything for you making sure we replace your product and cover the installation at no charge.
